back in the 70s my mom work at the office in my shop she did the books, pay roll,ordered parts ,inventory and answered the phones > one rainy friday night she answers the the phone , its my cousin her car, a valiant with a slant six would not start > so i ask mom to drive me to the train station where my cousins car is , once i start the slant 6 up i would drive it back to the shop> so i pop open the hood mom jumps in the drivers seat and i say crank it > well nothing short of a spectacular lighy show around the distrubtor so i grab the wd 40 soak the wires and cap with it > i tell mom giver again POOF we now have a flaming slant 6 > so i panic take off my jacket to beat out the flames ,theres not a lot of room between the inner fender and the ignition to use a jacket to fight a fire > while i am attempting to beat of the fire ,my mother(75)calmly walks over to her car grabs the fire extinguisher she has in the trunk pulls the pin and lets out the powder ,out goes the fire > well, i said to mom ill come back and tow the car home next day > so feeling pretty disgusted with my performance i was slumped in the seat while mom drove home > so we are at a stop light and BAM out of the blue my mom pops me in the head with the can of w d 40 and says " you stupid jack a$$ it says right here on the can keep away open flame and sparks " yes mom !
