Never heard of Thermo Arc. Be careful, there is a tremendous amount of electronics in a Plasma Cutter. You sure dont want a Pink Elephant. I have a Thermal Dynamics which in 6 years of heavy use has never burped. Hyper Therm is another well known quality product as is Blue and Red. Stick with name brands you can get support (speaks English and is in the US) and parts for. You also want easy access to purchase the consumables.
