Try pulling the metal cover under the bell housing. You can get a pry bar in and pry against the teeth on the flywheel. Pry a little on one side and then try the other. I freed up two PW engines that had sat for 10-15 years. Pour Marvel Mystery Oil in the spark plug holes, let it sit for several days and try the pry bar. JH
