More oil and more oil on the moving parts. Do the pistons several times with a penetrating oil. Get the valves as suggested. Do it may times. Also make sure the tranny is in neutral if it is still attached. I would remove it if it is still attached. After you have soaked it for quite a while (do not hurry) see if it will kick with the starter. Just pop the starter real quickly for a couple of times. If that does not work you can take a rubber mallet and lightly hit the top of each piston. Do not hit them hard!!!!! You can use a piece of wood on the pistons too far down in the block and tap it a couple of times with the rubber mallet. All you are tying to do is send a vibration to the rings to shock them a little hoping they will break loose.

What not to do!!!!!
1) Do not hit the pistons hard!!!!!
2) Do not use a large pipe wrench on the front of the crank. You will destroy it for sure. You can not believe how many times I have seen that. It really scars the crank and it has to be welded and machined to restore it.

Now that I have said hit the pistons lightly with a rubber mallet, I suspect that I will be harassed for that.
