Lost one head bold

I pulled the head off my ambulance motor just so I could drill and tap a bigger hole for the temperature sender. I had all the bolts in a bag except one, and the neighbor's grandson came over and wanted to talk and talk and talk about his truck, my truck, the truck he used to work on, the truck he used to drive, etc., etc. By the time I finally got away I'd forgotten about that bolt, and now I've lost it. Out of 5 flathead 230s I own, this is the only one that had all its original head bolts including the ones with the tapped hole in the head. So, now I'll have a mismatched set. Anyway, my question is, will it hurt anything if I just go get a new grade 8 bolt of the right size to replace the lost one? I know it won't be exactly the same modulus of elasticity, so the specified torque won't give it exactly the same tension as the other bolts, but how critical is this on a low-compression flathead motor with 21 head bolts?

Part B of the question is would it hurt anything to take just one head bolt out of another engine (probably one of the Tuckers) and put it in this one so I could all original-style bolts on the ambulance? I don't want to make the "donor" start leaking, though.
