I stacked up semi-circular parts and welded them together. Hmm, one would need to build an inner 'shoe' the shape of the inside curve (turn it on a lathe), and a pair of outer 'shoes' the shape of the outside. Welding together a stack of contoured parts ought to suffice for a hundred erso. Make them to fit a muffler bender. It may take two uppers to get enough stock to make one lower, but 'we' wouldn't need to get the stock produced, with it's complicated contours.
