If the towing truck is say 7k lbs, the pw 6k, then you should be O.K., because a gooseneck like Paul showed in the Best of gthe FOrum under trailer advice would weigh under 5k. That puts you enough under the approx 20k lbs (or 9k kg) you mentioned.
Unless you want to haul even heavier vehicles than a PW!
