Lots of good points on this thread but as nice as that truck is the odds of it selling for 58K are slim. It is still just a Dodge Power Wagon! It isn't rare enough to command those prices. Unless the weak dollar attracts a foreign buyer. The Barret Jackson truck probably never sold for what they claimed. the fact that it went thru twice in a couple years confirms for me that it was being jacked up by insiders to try and unload it. Many of the sold cars at those big aucitons end up being sold for much less behind closed doors after auction and involve trades amongst the dealers. I have worked on many of the cars that go thru the blocks in AZ. I see what happens to them after the "sell" on TV. smoke and mirrors....
