In that price range I have a set of used Dick Cepek Mud Country Radials in 9x16. You would need to arrange shipping. I was thinking of going to Ron's get-together in Indiana, but probably won't make it. Maybe someone else is headed your way from my direction (WV). Or maybe someone can bring them to Iowa for you. As an alternative, maybe you could buy a set of tire chains for your old NDTs. Most of the Iowa trails are pretty mild and include road driving, but NDTs with chains will get you in the good spots!
