I'm located in toledo illinois, near effingham. The reason that i need them so cheap is cause I'm 16 and don't have a lot of money, but my wc-54 needs some new shoes. New or used it doesn't matter just as long as they will fit on 16" split rims. Due to some other parts that the truck needs all I would be able to pay for a set of four would be between 100 and 150 dollars, sounds ridiculous and I know it is, but I'm pretty much hopin on a miracle cause old military tires won't get me through that Iowa mud this June.
