Rough night

My 80# German, German Shepard was poisoned by some pestiside arround noon. He was going into tremors and drooling and vomiting. When he stopped vomiting I fed him a bottle of activated charcol levt over from the EMT days. After he deteriated into paralisis until he couldn,t crawl I was afraid he was a goner. By late last night his pinpoint eyes were starting to dialate properly and he could stand up. This morning he had passed the charcole and was moving under his own power but won't eat or drink. What now? should I pour water down him?
