Best use I can find for drain oil is to burn it for heat. I mix oil with saw dust to use as a fire starter in my furance, a couple of small fire place shovels worth. If you have a wood stove or wood furnace in your garage, I knew a guy that just put a copper tube into the fire chamber and dripped the drain oil on to the fire, be careful not to put too much at a time, a drip every few minutes. When I install my wood -coal funace in my barn I'm gonaa try it, I don't generate enough waste oil to warrant a waste oil buner.
