Those are just modified 2-1/2T rims. They'd pass DOT inspection...that's because they wouldn't notice!
Yes, the 20" XL's are way cheap. You'd think with the number of 16's they go through on all those little 8 wheel jobs they send to Iraq....you'd think it would be the other way around..no?
