I haven't checked my mileage while towing. On my trip to and from VPW Rally I averaged a little over 18 MPG. However, out on the open highway I had the cruise control set at 83 MPH. Pushed her pretty hard.
In this truck I have 3:54's. My last truck was the same but a 97 with 4:10. When the truck had about 30,000 miles on it I started getting better mileage, I guess it's about then it is broke in.
My 2000 with the twenty four valve's has more power and I hope to be getting even better mileage once it's broke in.
