A classic symptom of worn bushings in the starter; cranks good when cold, cranks slow when hot. If you had a way to measure, you would find it had excessive current draw when hot.

Have the starter rebuilt. That will involve new bushings and brushes. The bushings are your problem, but there is no sense in disassembling the starter and not doing it all.

Freshen up all your battery cable connections, as well. Clean connections at both ends of both cables.
