I checked a plain flange from my truck (removed because my truck
has lockouts).
All the dimensions you list are the same with the exception of the
spline. There are 19 splines and the outer diameter of the spline seems
to be 1 3/4". The inner diameter of the spline in the hub is 1 5/8 which
would correspond the diameter of the shaft at in the groove of the spline.
