Sure. I towed one with a Ford 302. No problem.
The three speed only means that it will be a little harder
to get under way at a stop light, especially uphill.
Obviously, the trailer needs to be heavy enough, the
electric brakes need to be in working order and you
need a little trailer towing experience.
