None of the Power Wagon parts books that I have list the P/N you have. The standard size piston for 230.1 cid engine is P/N 1241 622. I looked at three different books for early to mid '50s PW's, all listed the same numbers. Over size pistons were increasing numbers, ie. .005 = P/N 1236 623. Listings went up to .060 oversize, increasing one number at a time. Hope this helps. Maybe some one has info on 218 cid engine.
