There should be a ID plate right below the shifter. I bet a call to Chelsea with those numbers and you will know exactly what it fits.
The Series 352 has a reversible output shaft. You can swap it end for end and then mount the PTO on the opposite side PTO port if need be.
Mine came set up for a right Port. Took abotu 30 minutes to flip the shaft and put back together or a Left Port.
