I am not familiar with the 318 Poly. However, if this helps, I used the following on my 318LA/NP-435 that was in the Bumblebee
Pressure Plate CA1433
Clutch Disk RFC 497
Throwout BEaring ST 1459
Pilot Bushing ST 286
Slave Cylinder 33273
Clutch Master Cylinder 35085
