I have never had a zerkless Dodge one apart. It may not be possible to put sealed bearings into one that was designed for greased bushings. I don't know if there is enough wall thickness to rebore for bearings.

If it has a zerk, I would grease it. It it has sealed bearings, it should not hurt to pump grease into the cavity. The worse it could do is hydraulic lock the grease gun if the grease has no where to go. I would be most concerned about the one that has no zerk. One had better hope it has sealed bearings rather than bushings as there will be now way to get grease into them.

I would grease the one with the zerk on a bench with the cover plate removed and watch closely to make sure no seals/bushings/bearings are being forced out of place from the pressure.
