Fire Wall Placement

I would like to check on the correct location for the oil filter. As you can see, mine is not an original and is mounted to the fire wall. Also, I;d like to know where the coil belongs for sure. The bracket that holds it now seems out of place. Spark plug wires don't seem quite right either. Thanks!
