Need clutch and bearing info

How do you find what clutch assembly goes in your truck? I removed the transmission today but I haven't taken the clutch assy. out yet. Where is a good place to buy the parts from, NAPA, O'Reilly? I'm trying to get ready for the rally in Asheboro, NC and I don't want to run out of time. Thanks, Jay.
