is this a quiz ? here goes every body will correct me, after i make my suggestions >so ill just stick out my neck and let every body have a swing .you didnt mention if these are new rotors> so i am assuming they are ! the possibilties are 1) calipers are not free 2)rotors are of poor quality 3)when making hard brake applications you are holding down the pedal to hard and warping the rotors 4)defective master cylinder or (my favourite) brake proportioning valve 5)rear brakes improperly adjusted 6)driving in mud or dirt ,were it get s into the rotors cooling fins and limits the cooling 7)did you turn the new rotors prior to installation ( i do ) to insure the were true for run out? 8)were the wheel bearings sufficiently packed with grease and adjusted properly, heat build there could over heat the rotor 9)the pads them selves could be of a hard nature and creating to much friction 10) are you using a torque wrench to tighten the wheel lugs .ok boys throw the veggies
