Hi Jim,
The simplest conversion is the American Bosch electric wipers that were an option on the power Wagons. They are availible both 6 and 12 volt. There is an escutcheon on the outside of the cab that needs a hole for a sheetmetal screw, other than that its plug and play. I have a set on my Power Wagon and use it to plow snow all winter. They have worked very well for about 5 years so far. I got them from John Geidl, aka Powerwagonjohn.
I originally had them set up on individual switches, then changed them over to a single switch. In retrospect I liked the individual switches better.
Other than that, stay away from the cheepys that VPW sells, from what I hear they will barely work for rain.
Paul Meirop is diligently working on a common wiper motor that will fit in the valence but it is a work in progress.
Tim
