The GY-LTS is Good Year-Light Truck Safety... It is the name given to the particular design of the lock ring system employed on the Budd 6.50Hx16 semi-drop center rims used on the Dodges with 900x16 tires.

There were several competing lock ring systems utilized in the same time period and Budd made wheels using the different styles in order to meet customer demand. If you look at either a Budd catalog or a Tire and Rim Association Yearbook, you can see the cross sectional differnces in Firestone, Good Year, etc., lock rings...

The 6.50 is the rim width, the 16 is the rim diamter...
