Interesting wheel lock ring markings

I was sandblasting a Power Wagon lock ring today, and when I was past all the layers of paint and rust I saw the following markings:
6.50 H-16
GY-LTS
F

Now, this was a "wide" lock ring, not one of the narrow ones used on the 7.50-16 tires.
Anyone else seen this? It had been on a rim with a 9.00-16 on it.
