That's what happens when you let a big city outfit do a country auction.
I have not checked with the local farm auction companies, but I bet they charge 6 to 10% of the take from the sale. 10% additional for the buyers premium sounds like something Gov Liq and Barrett Jackson pulls. They say it is standard practice, but that is Bull S---. It is, only if you go and accept those terms.
