I didn't figure those were worth the cost for their low power. But VW parts are certainly cheaper.
One option would be to move the opening over a bit, allowing one of the more common type motors to fit while keeping the shaft in the OE location.
I have cables and shafts to build up a couple of my systems, but have not found a high/ two speed rear wiper motor. The one speed (s l o w)system in my truck is as slow as the vacuum ones. Unstoppable maybe, but slow. I believe it is a Bronco II or Jeep like Norms.
