As MoparSteve suggests, the Best of the Forum, Choosing a Trailer for your Power Wagon gives a lot of information on how I set up for trailering.

I take the responsibility of towing on the road very serious. The Picture shows how I secure the rear, the Next picture is how I do the front. I use Grade 80 DOT Rated Chain and Ratchet Binders. The Chain goes around each axle and is drawn tight to the trailer. Then I take chain from the frame on each corner to the trailer with a ratchet binder. I pull down on the frame just enough to eliminate any wallowing on the springs as I travel. Set up this way, the truck has no motion. The Power Wagon and trailer are as one. I always check my chains when I get off the mountain and at each stop enroute. Chained as I do, I have never had to tighten the load enroute, nothing has moved.

There are many ways to bind a load. I perfer this method and feel comfortable on the road.
