Were you talking about that oil as a source for blending into bio diesel or as a P100 or SVO fuel? It wasn't clear.

Whether you get caught or not, I'm just informing you that it's against the law to run it without paying the State and Federal highway tax. If it gets to be prevalent you can bet your fanny that the Feds will crack down.
If it's dispensed by a licensed fuel station, the tax is already paid, if it's home brew, leave your friends name out of the conversation.
Just putting out a word to the wise, if you flaunt it, they can get you.
