You might want to check the valve assembly. There is a slide valve that has to operate to alternate the switching of the vacuum supply from one side of the chamber to the other. If it is stuck or the valve spring is not working correctly the wiper motor will not work. The slide valve is located under the small cover of the wiper motor and faces toward the rear. If all else fails, send it to me and I will fix ir for you. Would be glad to help.
