Sorry to here that John. My wifes uncle lost a foot to the same thing. They took the leg off 6" below the Knee he got a prosthetic leg. He gets around great. No limp, you cant tell at all until he wears his shorts cutting the lawn. DONT GIVE UP.
PS Her uncle is 82.
