I have some craftsman tools and got screwed with the rebuilt policy. I once bought a used mac rachet and it never did work right so I quit using it. 5 or so years later I cought up with a mac dealer and since they did not make that rachett any longer he gave me credit and I bought 2 diegrinders in a set. I forgot to tell him that I bought it as a repo at halfe off list.( I honestly forgot) Steve
