Hi all,

QUESTION:

Has anyone ever been stopped by store security and told that they NEED to see your reciept before you leave the store??

ANSWER:

I have never let a clerk or psuedo security gaurd check my reciept!!!!!!!!

They have the right to ask, AN YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAY NO!!! and leave the store without any hassle.

Technically, even a cop does not have the right to search you without probable cause.

So why give up your rights to anyone else??

While waiting on the checkout line, I watch the security check other peoples reciepts. They NEVER have compared the items in the carriage to the items on the reciept.

I also wished the store would hire them as cashiers so I can checkout faster.

Stores hope you are ignorant and will lay down. What will be next on the horizon to exit a store, pat downs, srip search?

Know your rights, you have very few left.

Get to a manager if you are not happy with the drone, er I mean clerk.
