I thought the same thing. Saw one trooper (in a Crown Vic) watching eastbound traffic, we were westbound. The Charger was in Springfield on 91. Mass pike between Framingham and Springfield, center lane 80 mph. Left lane, 85-90, maybe down to 80 with congested traffic. In CT your done at 80. Never saw a westbound trooper. I can generally do 50 mpg with my Jetta TDI at 80 as long as the guy in front moves air out of the way. But 90, mpg goes down to 43-44, plus at that speed you can't stay close enough to use other guy's path. I was following a friend in his Audi A6, he's from NJ, I have no idea how they drive down there. Otherwise I'd be at 78 without a worry about troopers. Glad I don't drive that road to often.
