In 10 years the rings could have rusted to the cylinders, or any number of things, regardless it needs a complete inspection at a minimum.
If one or more valves were open all that time, no telling what happened. Could be a big deal, could be minor...again check on parts availability and cost FIRST, that cheap motor may be thousands in repairs.
Often the clutch parts rust together and the motor is fine, or the water pump may have rusted into a Jake brake....= )
