Needed: Insulator for Rear PTO Carrier Bearing

The last time I posted this I had a great response, with part numbers and several possible vendors. After a couple weeks of chasing leads, I cannot find find anyone that has them instock or knows where to get them.

Does anyone have any more ideas?
