I have had several and still have one on my M-37, they are simular in design to the dual matic made in Colorado, but the biggest difference is the intermediate section that holds the splined collar that fits the axle is made of pot metal, not stell like the dual matic, thus they will fail faster! ( I know, I have destroyed three of them )
