The 3500/4500/5500 Chassis/Cabs have PTO ports on the trans, but I don't know if that is both automatic and manual transmissions.
The lighter duty 2500/3500 trucks most likely do not have a PTO port as most winches today are electric and PTO driven equipment is not recommended under warranty on the lighter duty trucks.
