About 25 years ago I recall reading about cat convertors for wood stoves,, I think the manufacturer was in Oregon & they spoke then about regulations. I just thought if they exist & they do work then you guys that have invested in new furnaces may be able to fight it,,, No "visible" emmissions kinda means running the stove wide open,, I have no idea if it is possible to shut down a stove if it uses a convertor,,,, Just a thought,, GB
