Volt meter was in the middle of the dash, even on my brother's 41 panel truck, with square gauges. I'd guess the later models moved the ammeter over also, so the radio operator in back could keep an eye on his electric supply.

The only thing I see that is not OE is the way the pintle has been lowered. Looks like strictly bolted on mod, easily reversible. And it needs a complete fuel filter too.

Yes, the speedo has been changed. Looks like a repainted face, since the needle reads Kilometers, but the odometers read in 'meilen'- German for 'miles' perhaps?

The radio cars were 12v, and had the battery on the right running board. My 41 CC was very late, had round gauges. But was not radio equipped. Also lacked the door within the tailgate- map box maybe?

I'd say that is a very nice CC. But the seller should have started his auction lots lower than he hopes to sell for. If I was selling it, I would have started at 3-5000, then got lots of bids, lots of people thinking it theirs! and kept the reserve at about the 20k, it ought to go higher.
