It's not law ...YET. Check your email and I'll send you a pic of a paragraph. Notice they put COAL in the same classifiaction as treated wood, plastic and just about anything else. They don't want you to burn coal at ALL.
The Proposal is Ohio EPA Ohio Administrative Code(OAC)_ Chapter 3745-115. I haven't looked for it online yet but if I get time tonigght I'll look around.
