The 230 is a low RPM engine and the rods are going to be the limiting factor. They are of the offset type and you will easily bend or break with higher RPM and boost.
the 237-251-265 use inline rods so they can inherently take more RPM. If you were going to go to the trouble of plumbing a turbo, use a 251 series engine. Also, what are you going to do about the carb? If you plumb positive pressure to the top of the carb you are going to be blowing fuel all over the engine deck. I think you will have to go to a different carb, and / or build a airtight box around the carb and plumb your boost to that.
