Need help identifying this WC

I pulled this truck out of the foothills southeast of Chico, CA (My wife argues that I should of just left it there!) Anyways, here it sits in my yard.
It is a third series truck with round guages. The frame number is #81528524. The hood and glovebox door were missing so the stamped number is all I really have to go off of. The wheelbase is 116". The truck had dual wheels to the rear and the springs were pretty beefy. There are no holes for a spare tire carrier on the pass side of the frame.
WC-43, WC-40, or something different?
