Dennis very true, but it's still hard to explain how all the suppliers can charge the same price. Does that mean the pump price is set by the refiner with the highest unit costs, and the rest rub their hands wirh glee, count their shekels and follow the leader. Or maybe they all sit together and discuss what the market will bear week to week.
