Help locating fuel tank filler.

Hey guys, need to tap into the greatest PW reference resourse. I need to drill the fuel tank filler pipe hole in my bed side need at least two dementions to center of hole and size of hole, and also is hole a straight cut or is there also a reinforcement flange bent arround it? Thanks
