The axels under your truck are WC1 through WC43 1/2 military axels.
The sheet metal is froma civilian Dodge WC pickup 1941 through 1946.
the short answer is that dodge never made a civilian 4x4 prior to 1946.
Yours is a military frame with civilian sheet metal on it.
A common conversion done after the war.
There should be a serial number on the frame. The number is located on the drivers side front, near or behind the front spring mount,
The number will start with an 8 and be either 7 or 8 digits long.
