I put one in.
Fits real nice...minimal fabricating.
Your shifter will move back 4 or 5 inches inside...you need the newer style adapter for post 1994 Cummins application...You'll need a new style clutch & flywheel, new slave cylinder, new starter...It pretty much all bolts right in.
The fabricating comes with the transfer case linkage. It bolts to the Getrag but there's nowhere to bolt it on the NV5600 so you'll need to be creative fabricating a fancy bracket. The cross member needs a little fabricating but if you can do everything else up to here...the cross member is pretty straight forward stuff.
Drive shaft will need to be shortened & I think the front shaft lengthened a couple of inches...that's about it!
You really have to love First Gen's to invest the time & money. You're looking at close to $5000 in parts if you do it yourself.
