W500 brakes locked up

I'll try again. Any suggestions as to why the brakes are stuck on my W500? It has a single master cylinder ahead of the pedal linkage, which activates a vacuum booster under the cab. There is also a vacuum storage canister under the cab. I can only move the truck in low range four wheel drive, 1st gear. I don't think it's the shoes or the wheel cylinders, because it just locked up after driving it around and the drums were warm. Thanks, JH
